One of the issues affecting members is when other members fail to show for a booked tee time or fail to show with the proper number of players. These missed bookings decrease the tee times available for members who have in effect paid for their tee times in advance for the season. A vacant tee time reduces a member’s ability to get value for their membership.
In addition, the course is affected by not being able to sell those tee times to green fee players if members don’t book them. A financially healthy course is important for the long term benefit of the Society and its members.
Please show consideration for your fellow members by honouring your booked tee times. Please cancel 24 hours before your tee time by calling the pro shop or cancelling the booking on line, if you can’t make your tee time commitment. Cancellation on line is easy, with the ability to cancel any player or all of a booking in your name.
If you are cancelling all or part of your booking within the 24 hour window, please call the pro shop. Do so even if it is a weather related cancellation; the pro shop staff can then perform other duties if they are not waiting for you to arrive.
You can now book a single using the online process. When selecting players, choose two members, the first will be you and from the Select Players to Book dropdown list choose the Member – Empty, Is and go ahead and complete the booking. That selection will indentify you as a single playing with Empty and the pro shop can then adjust the single booking accordingly.
