2018 CHALLENGE CUP

To bring consistency to this event, respecting past patrons, and honoring the heritage of this great event we wish to outline the qualifications and rules for this event for the upcoming 2018 year which is set to be the best playing of the Challenge Cup to date. Please review the following:

1. We will cap this event at 32 participants (16 per team). This is as there are limited tee times that we must respect for this event.
2. The offer of first refusal will be given to the last years participants to respect their time and effort into this great event.
3. Final pairings and groupings will be determined by the Club Captain and President in conjunction.
4. The event will consist of two (2) 18 hole rounds on Saturday and one (1) 18 hole match on Sunday.
5. Tie breaker will be decided by the outcome of the mini event (putting/chipping)
6. Teams are to wear and have their attire for their events. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or the match or it can be contested.
7. There will be two (2) Captains picks and two (2) Presidents picks per team for any vacant spots.
8. All scores must be reported directly after their matches. Scores/Points will be set prior to the next matches beginning.
9. All patrons are required to participate in all rounds of the event. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event for the next year, unless prior approval is granted.
10. Payment for the event is due at the set time. Failure to pay on time will result in the spot becoming vacant and a new replacement participant may be selected.
