Annual General Meeting Notice
The Wintergreen Golf Society Board of Directors, would like to extend a formal invitation to all registered members of the Wintergreen Golf Society to attend the 2018 Annual General Meeting to be held Saturday, October 6th 2018. Registration between 4.00 and 5.00 pm. The meeting will start at 5:00 pm sharp at the Wintergreen Golf and Country Club.
The AGM will include a golf event before with a free meal included for members. Shotgun start at 11:00 am – weather permitting. We encourage as many members as possible to attend the AGM, the Society Board is here to represent all members and depends upon the support and participation of its members. On your behalf we have built a strong, supportive relationship with RCR and their management team on your behalf.
We are currently looking for volunteers to stand for three positions on the Board of Directors. If you have an interest, please email me directly or the contact page on the WGS website.
Please find the Agenda and the Limited Proxy Form attached, which can be returned to myself as the President or any other Primary member in good standing of your choice. Reports & Financials on activities of the Golf Society will be presented at the meeting.
The Board of Directors thanks all of you for your support and we look forward to seeing you on October 6th 2018.
