    Tee Time Bookings and Cancellations

One of the issues affecting members is when other members fail to show for a booked tee time or fail to show with the proper number of players. These missed bookings decrease the tee times available for members who have in effect paid for their tee times in advance for the season. A vacant tee time reduces a member's ability to get value for their membership. In addition, the course is affected by not being able to sell those tee times to green fee players if members don't book them. A financially healthy course is important for the long term

    On-line Booking System

The on-line booking system was improved near the end of last season so that you may book on-line, seven days in advance for groups of 2, 3 or 4 golfers.  The system will allow members to book twosomes as either two members or one member one guest, threesomes as one, two or three members with guests making up the difference or foursomes with a minimum of one member.  There is no longer any need to book phantom players to conveniently utilize the system. Singles must still book by phoning into the proshop.

    Battling the Augusta Syndrome

On the second Sunday of every April, and the few days that precede it, just about all golfers come down with spring fever. They see the shimmering colors from the Masters on TV and they just want to go play. And then, for the rest of the season, they want their courses to be somewhat as green and pristine as Augusta National. In golf circles, there is a term for it: "Augusta Syndrome".
